Environmental Enforcement

Environmental Enforcement takes property maintenance, animal, junk, and/or abandoned vehicle complaints for properties that are within the Van Alstyne city limits.  We do not have jurisdiction on properties that are considered county.

The following is a list of Ordinances for your convenience:
