Officer Burtis began his law enforcement career 11 years ago and has received several accomodations for serving the community. He received a Service Award from the Melissa Police Department for over four years of service. Officer Burtis has been married for 5 years and has one child. He has a passion for hunting and fishing, and enjoys target shooting and combat tactical shooting.
